Where & when do we deliver

Goods ordered through this website will only be delivered Finland.

Collection Point

During normal business hours.
Monday through Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Delivered within approximately 2-4 working days.

Standard deliveries will be made normal business hours.
Monday through Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Express Delivery

Orders placed before 12.00 am, Monday to Thursday will be delivered within 24-48 hours.
Orders placed on Friday before 12:00 am will be delivered starting from the next business day.
(For example, if you place your order on Friday at 12:00 am your order will be dispatched from our warehouse on Monday and will be out for delivery with the carrier earliest Tuesday. If you place your order at 11:30 am your order will be dispatched on Friday afternoon and will be out for delivery with the carrier earliest Monday.)

Store Pickup

Available only in: Finland, Denmark, Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, Czech Republic, Austria and Sweden.
Delivered within 2-4 working days.
Pickup can be made 7 days a week based on store hours.
We will email you when your order is ready for pickup. Select "In-store pickup within 1-2 days" at order confirmation.

For the most recent updates, please always refer to your tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email. The actual delivery time is displayed at checkout. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

We do not deliver goods to P.O. Boxes and British Forces P.O.

Order cut-off times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
